i love the alternating trochaic & iambic tetrameters of this one. the catalexis of the trochaic lines make every line end with a stressed syllable, giving it more emphasis. this works especially well with the “destructive” ending words: tread, dead, bled.
poetic analysis aside, it also beautifully reflects my own sentiment, about the fragililty of the world and my view on the destructive power of the masses.
